THE HOMESTAY RATE IS SET INDIVIDUALLY BY HOST. However to increase interest we would advise to keep the rates as close to fare market value as possible. The application form has a calculator to assist you in setting your rates. Double occupancy or couples nharing the same room are welcome, however the chosen rate will be multiplied by one and a half time. Our minimum stay is one month and average stay is six months.
Our minimum Standards: HomeStay are different; therefore, we take the time to check all accommodations and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. All HomeStay will include the following: English speaking family Private room with a window Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet, blanket and two pillows per bed) Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio or a dresser Work desk with chair and desk lamp Closet and mirror Access to TV with cable channels in the living room Private or nhared bathroom If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans
